how it works
Next Level Marketplace understands that every bride and event planner comes to us with a unique situation - from timing to budget to craftiness level. Because of this, we have structured our items and purchasing setup to fit your individual needs.

From a simple digital download for the full DIY experience, to a hands-free complete printed wedding suite addressed and mailed by us, and everything in between - NLM offers you the versatility to pick and choose the solution that best works for you!
In order to provide this versatility, we have separated the process into three listings for you to pick and choose from:
The design is the actual artwork you receive. When shopping our website's gallery, each item contains a "go to link" button when clicked that takes you directly to the item's listing page on etsy for easy purchase.

All design listings when purchased without the printing or envelopes option come as print-ready PDF's sent to your email. If you do not choose to add printing, you will receive a digital file only. No physical item will be sent.

Each design allows you to specify the delivery time for when you would like to receive your first proof. The standard processing is 2-3 business days (usually less). We also offer the option for you to RUSH your order, receiving your first proof within 24 hours for an additional fee.

While purchasing a listing, you will leave your customization options and the information to appear on your design in the "message to seller" section of the checkout menu.

Proofs will be sent digitally within 2-3 business days (usually less) once all information has been received. Two rounds of revisions and free color changes are included with every digital order. Additional rounds of edits will incur a fee.

Once we receive email confirmation that the final proof is approved, you will receive the high resolution print-ready PDF file. If you choose to add a printing option, the design will be printed and shipped only after you have approved your emailed proof. Once final files have been sent, any remaining rounds of edits are forfeited.

Each listing contains links to the coordinating printing and envelopes options to ease the process. You can also find links to other items that coordinate with the listing so you can easily purchase entire wedding suites in minutes! 
The digital option is perfect for the hands-on DIY Bride who would rather print at home. However, for professional printing and cutting of your goods, we recommend allowing Next Level Marketplace to handle this portion of your order as well!

Our premium invitations and paper goods are printed on brilliant white vellum card stock. Additional paper types and colors are available, please message Next Level Marketplace for our full list of available printing options.

Printing through Next Level Marketplace also provides you with the opportunity for further additions such as:
  • Double-sided prints
  • Rounded Corners
  • Colored Backing
  • Suite Embellishments (Belly Bands, Twine, Lace, Burlap, etc.)

When purchasing a printing listing, you will simply include the quantity of prints you need. All of our prints are in increments of 25, so purchasing (1) item = 25 prints, (2) items = 50 prints, etc.

You will likely receive your prints within 1 week after your final approval of the design, barring any post office mishaps.

Please note that every monitor displays color differently and colors will vary upon printing. While we do our best to portray color as accurately as possible, an on-screen proof cannot perfectly match the color and density of a printed card. Slight variations can occur due to differing monitor calibration, print quality, and the type of paper used. 

As with all handmade and handcrafted pieces, variations may occur between each crafted item. Next Level Marketplace does not guarantee that each item will be identical.
To complete your order of invitations or save the dates, coordinating envelopes are a must! 

Next Level Marketplace offers envelopes to match specifically with your order, taking care of the sizes for you.

Our premium envelopes consist of white envelopes with square back flap. Additional paper types and colors are available, please message Next Level Marketplace for our full list of available options.

Further customization options are also available to continue to reduce your workload, including:
  • Printed Guest Addressing
  • Printed Return Address Only

Invitation Envelope Sets come with two envelopes per set - one envelope for mailing the Invitation Set, and one envelope to send for Response Cards.

When purchasing an envelope listing, you will simply include the quantity you need. All of our envelopes are in increments of 25, so purchasing (1) item = 25 envelopes, (2) items = 50 envelopes, etc.

We will include a few extra envelopes with each order for you just in case you run into any addressing issues!

Envelopes will be shipped along with your final print order. You will likely receive your prints and envelopes within 1 week after your final approval of the design, barring any post office mishaps.
